Wearing a headset that transports users to a virtual world is one similar attribute that is shared by the different solutions of Virtual Reality that come now. The actual footage of real places and events is at times this virtual world. The imagined worlds that are created by digital artists and designers are what VR is at other times. While some are passive experiences that simply happen around the user as they are looking around the VR world while some allow the user to interact in or with them.

Roomscale VR – It allows you to physically move around a room area in realtime that has been set up for VR use as it refers to a 6 degrees of Freedom VR experience.

Monoscopic vs. Stereoscopic –The virtual image that is being rendered is what it allows here. It is a single image for both the eyes is what Monoscopic means that lack s the appearance of depth and is referred as “Flat”.

Passive (Non-Interactive) VR Experience – It do not allow the user to interact with it in any way is what refers to any VR experience. It is a kind of a ride. The experience happens without an input that is required by the user once it starts.

Active (Interactive) VR Experiences –This VR allows its users to interact with it. It can help interacting with objects, completion of tasks, simply making any kind of user input while in the experience, as well as traversing with the virtual environment.
